Ordering is easy, having identified the product or products you wish to purchase. Please then complete the "Send a Quote" button at the relevant product, send this to us and we will forward the relevant prices, payment details, and estimated delivery.
Our quotation contains all the costs you need to take into account. There are no unexpected costs to face. If there are origination costs or set up charges we will tell you. If delivery is extra, we say so in our quotation. VAT at the current rate has to be added to all charges
Generally, most personalised orders are delivered in about three weeks. Many products can be fast tracked and produced in a matter of days. Essentially, however, we aim to deliver your order within your required timeframe and, more importantly, to a level of quality and perfection you naturally expect and demand.
Almost all the pieces in our range can be either engraved, etched or embossed. We also offer a free insert service where we can include a gift card from you in the packaging, if you want to add more personalisation.
Yes, we offer a bespoke service where we will design a piece to your specifications. Please call our team to discuss this service.
We can match your corporate pantones and produce pieces for you in the exact shades of your corporate colours.
We will supply you with a proof before production to allow you to satisfy yourself that the personalisation is correct and as you intended. We will only proceed with the production of your order on receipt of your signed approval.
We can accept your artwork in the majority of formats including EPS, PDF, Corel, Quark and Illustrator but it does depend on the product to be branded. If you do not have good quality artwork available or you need help preparing new artwork our studio can undertake this work at very competitively priced commercial rates.
Yes. The collating and packaging of your chosen gifts is work we will undertake for you. Once we have the details, we will provide you with a costing for this.
Even the tiniest of presents from Hodgson Smith are beautifully wrapped in tissue then hand packed in our exclusive branded boxes. Your present is then tied with the Hodgson Smith ribbon. If you order 50 or 50,000 gifts, each piece will be individually wrapped in this way.
